How easy is the Flo Pod to set up?

Super easy, most users have it inflated and ready to fill in under 5 minutes using the included air pump.

Will I fit if I’m tall?

Yes. The Flo Pod comfortably fits users up to 6'5" (we’ve tested even taller). Rhys (Our owner) is 6'4 and has plenty of room.

Can I use it outdoors?

Absolutely. The Flo Pod is designed to handle outdoor use in different weather conditions. For best ice retention, keep it under shade or cover when possible.

How do I chill the ice bath?

The Flo Pod is designed to be cooled with ice or Freeflo’s Big Block Trays

What’s included in the box?

Each Flo Pod comes with the inflatable insulated lid, cloth cover, and air pump— everything you need to set up and start plunging.

How long does shipping take?

We ship 90% of orders with Australia Post. If it’s not feasible, we use Couriers Please. Orders placed before 12pm AEST ship the same day (unless noted as a pre-order). Standard delivery is usually 1–6 business days depending on your location.
