Our Story
Our journey began in 2023 when we stumbled upon a small town called Pai in Thailand. It was there, amidst the serene surroundings, that we encountered a simple sticker on a wall advertising breathwork, meditation, and the intriguing concept of cold exposure. This chance encounter sparked our curiosity and led us into the world of cold exposure, where we delved into the incredible story of Wim Hof, known as 'The Ice Man'. From conquering Mount Everest without clothes to securing 26 superhuman feats in the Guinness Book of Records, Wim Hof's journey captivated us.
Through Wim's teachings and the results of clinical studies, we discovered the remarkable potential of humans to regulate their autonomic functions, elevate core temperature, and bolster immunity using the power of breath, mindset, and cold exposure.
Why Not Create Our Own?
Inspired by the profound sense of vitality we experienced after participating in breathwork and cold water plunges, we set out to find a product that would enable us to replicate these sessions at home. However, we were met with a market flooded with exorbitantly priced premium products and subpar, mass-produced alternatives. It was then that we thought, "Why not create our own?"
Driven by this realisation, we embarked on extensive research, discussions, and consultations, recognising the opportunity to develop a product that would provide access to these transformative experiences.
Our mission is clear: to make health and wellness accessible to all by offering top-quality products at affordable prices. We firmly believe that everyone deserves access to the tools and knowledge necessary for a healthier lifestyle.

One Year Later…
Fast forward 12 months, and what started as a wild idea in Pai has become Freeflo Club — a fully-fledged Aussie brand shipping thousands of orders from our garage on the Gold Coast.
With the help of family and friends, we’ve packed every single order by hand. Our ice trays, baths, and saunas are now stocked in fishing stores, wellness retailers, and garages across the country — proving just how powerful simple, cold tools can be.
We’re still a small business, but we’re proud to be making a big impact. And that photo? Yep — that’s our real garage, crammed with ice trays and cold plunge gear we once dreamed of making.
