The Big Block Tray is Australia’s largest silicone ice block mould, designed to freeze a massive 5.5KG ice block right in your home freezer.

Whether you're heading off camping, or filling the eski for a full-day fish, or prepping for ice baths, this tray gives you the freedom to make your own block ice — cheap, easy, and reusable.

You won’t find anything this large, this tough, with a stainless steel rim and a lid anywhere else in Australia. We are the original creators.

How long does it take to freeze?

The Big Block Tray Original (5.5 kg) typically takes around 48 hours or more to fully freeze, depending on freezer size and settings. For best results, fill with cold water, leave a little space for expansion, and place flat in the coldest section of your freezer.

Is it easy to remove the ice block?

Yes. Simply run warm water over the base or leave the tray in the sun for 1–2 minutes. Then push the block up from underneath — there is absolutely zero force required.

Can I carry it when filled with water?

Absolutely. The reinforced stainless steel rim keeps the tray stable while full. Use two hands and keep it level to avoid spills.

What are the trays made from?

Each Freeflo tray is crafted from premium, food-grade silicone with a stainless steel frame for added strength. They’re built to last and far more durable than cheap alternatives.

What are the dimensions?

We ship 90% of orders with Australia Post. If it’s not feasible, we use Couriers Please. Orders placed before 12pm AEST ship the same day (unless noted as a pre-order).
