The Big Block Tray Pro (5.5 kg) typically takes around 48 hours or more to fully freeze, depending on freezer size and settings. For best results, fill with cold water, leave a little space for expansion, and place flat in the coldest section of your freezer.

Yes. Simply run warm water over the base or leave the tray in the sun for 1–2 minutes. Then push the block up from underneath — there is absolutely zero force required.
