Our chillers are the most powerful in their class. The Pro model brings water down to 3°C quickly and efficiently, while the Max model can reach 0°C and literally create ice. Cooling speed depends on bath size and ambient temperature, but on average our units cool 3–4x faster than competitors.

Yes. Our Max chiller is dual-function, capable of heating water up to 42°C as well as cooling it. This makes it perfect for hot/cold contrast therapy and year-round use.

Our chillers are IPX5 waterproof, meaning they’re built to handle low-pressure water sprays from any direction. That said, we still recommend setting them up indoors or under cover for maximum longevity. The ice baths themselves are fully durable and can be used outdoors — many customers choose undercover patios or shaded outdoor areas for the best balance of convenience and care.

On average, our chillers cost around $0.50 a day to run, depending on your model and usage. Thanks to our Flo App control, you can switch the unit on only when you need it, keeping power costs down. Once your water reaches the set temperature, the chiller moves into standby mode, only reactivating if the temperature shifts outside your chosen range.

Pair this with the thick insulation of our Performance Baths, and your system holds temperature for longer — meaning the chiller works less, saves more, and stays ready for daily use.

Every Freeflo chiller comes with advanced multi-stage filtration. The Pro model includes a large cartridge filter and hair strainer to catch debris, while the Max model adds UV sterilisation for extra clean, crystal-clear water. Filters are simple to replace and designed to last — we recommend swapping them every 6–8 weeks depending on use. This ensures your system runs efficiently and your water stays safe for daily plunges.

All of our Performance Baths and Chillers come with a 1-year full warranty, covering both parts and labour. Unlike many brands that leave you on your own after purchase, our support team is based here in Australia and always on hand to help.
