Each Big Block Tray Pro produces a 5.5kg block. A pack of 4 gives you 22kg of solid block ice every freeze cycle.

How long does it take to fully freeze a block?

On average, a Big Block takes 48+ hours to freeze solid, depending on your freezer’s size and settings.

Why choose the Pro version over the Original?

Yes — that’s what makes the Pro Series special. They’re designed to stack up to 3 high, so you can freeze more blocks at once without waiting.

Why are they only sold in packs of 4?

For shipping efficiency and to keep costs fair, Big Block Tray Pros are bundled in lots of 4. If you need fewer, check out the Original Big Block Tray — but remember, the Pro version is stackable.

What are they made from?

They’re crafted from food-grade, BPA-free silicone with a reinforced stainless-steel rim — built tough for heavy-duty freezing and easy handling.

How long does shipping take?

We ship 90% of orders with Australia Post. If it’s not feasible, we use Couriers Please. Orders placed before 12pm AEST ship the same day (unless noted as a pre-order). Standard delivery is usually 1–6 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer a warranty if something goes wrong?

Absolutely. Every Freeflo product comes with a 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty. If something isn’t right, our team will make it right — whether that means a replacement, fix, or support to get you back in action.
