Flo Pod Pro Ice Bath

The Pod Pro can be used either way:

• Manual fill with ice + water for a traditional plunge.
  
• Chiller-compatible (hook it up to one of our Flo Chillers) so you’ll never need to buy servo ice again. This flexibility is what makes the Pro so powerful.

With ice: you’ll drop to as low as 6°C depending on how much you use.

With a chiller: you can set your exact temperature and hold it steady — most people choose between 3–10°C. Cooling time depends on the starting water temp, but with our Chiller Pro, you’ll be at target temp within a couple of hours (Our chiller is the fastest and most powerful in Australia).

Yes — the Pod Pro inflates in minutes, has a sturdy drop-stitch wall system, and drains quickly via a built-in valve. It packs down into a compact carry bag so you can take it anywhere or store it neatly when not in use.

The Pod Pro is built with multi-layered reinforced PVC, welded seams, and a premium liner. It’s designed to handle daily plunges and withstand outdoor conditions when cared for properly.

The regular Pod is great for beginners using ice, while the Pro is designed for those who maybe want to try out ice to start off with, then add a chiller later.

We ship 90% of orders with Australia Post. If it’s not feasible, we use Couriers Please. Orders placed before 12pm AEST ship the same day (unless noted as a pre-order). Standard delivery is usually 1–6 business days depending on your location.
